Arcanine plushie by HedaMiu Arcanine plushie by HedaMiu
This is my new plush Arcanine! I´m really happy how he turned out! ^^
He is 68 cm (26,8 inches) long from nose to tail and 62 cm (24,4 inches) tall.
He is 100% handsewn.
I used minky, fauxfur and fleece.
Eyes are made of polymer clay, I painted eyes with acrylics and sealed it with varnish.
Arcanine is really soft and huggable! ^^

Here you can see him in many different angles. www.youtube.com/watch?v=MklXuj…

Nice job I really like it! Do you have to bake polymer clay or is there another way to seal it without having to bake it? Also do you remember where you got the faux fur from it's the type I'm looking for.

Thank you! ^^ There is available air-dry clay if you prefer not to bake it in oven. I used clay that can be baked in ordinary oven which we all probably have in our home. :)

I bought my faux fur from my local fabric shop but I think that you don't have that shop in your country, so you have to keep looking other fabric shops and maybe search some websites who sell fabric. :)

Oh I see 'cause there was a type of polymer clay someone used that was so sparkly but wasn't sure if there were other types like it I can use without having to use the baked ones. It was this: pkmncollectors.livejournal.com… and when I looked it up it says you bake it and am not sure which ones they used.
